Service areas
Saanich is home. From there it runs south into Victoria and around Uptown, north up the peninsula to Sidney, and west over to Langford.
Saanich
The District of Saanich is where most of our work is. Heavy tree cover, a lot of north-facing slopes, and a wet season that runs from October to March.

Sixty-year-old subdivision trees over roofs designed for open sky. Gordon Head has the clearest example on the peninsula of shade arriving after the house did.

Around Uptown the roofs are mostly low-pitch strata, townhouse and commercial. The work is straightforward; scheduling around residents and parking is not.

Victoria's heritage rooflines are complicated rather than large. Valleys, dormers and turrets collect growth, and narrow lots decide how we reach any of it.

Brentwood Bay sits between water and heavy cedar cover. Damp air that never really leaves, and roofs of every vintage on the same street.

Sidney is open and exposed, so it sees less heavy moss than inland Saanich and more algae streaking — and a lot of low-pitch roofs that hold what lands on them.

Acreages under genuine forest cover, long rooflines and outbuildings nobody has been on in years. North Saanich grows the heaviest moss on the peninsula.

Langford's housing is the newest we work on and the tallest. Steep pitches under second-growth fir, where needle load matters more than the age of the roof.
